burning at inside tip of penis

I do not know how this relates to STDs but I recently had an encounter with someone who wanted to use a spermicide suppository with N-9, after we started and all through the encounter and the day after I have a severe burning when I urinate at the inside tip of my penis and a little burning shortly after urinating, can this be caused by the N-9 because we have had sex before without the N-9 with no problems. And if it can cause this side effect how can I get rid of the burning and how do I prevent the burning when she wants to use it again, would putting petroleum jelly on the penis head prevent the N-9 from penetrating the head of the penis.
