tingling sensation on urination

i have been needing to go to the toilet a lot and when i do i have this really weird tingling feeling on urination. i am diabetic so i was wondering if it is a water infection . i have had it for several days .. i have been on amoxicillian for a chest infection and thought they might clear  this other problem up but it hasnt ?

Urinary freqiency and tingling on urination  may suggest a bladder infection. you should go in for a urine culture. Regarding the amoxicillin, it may not necessarily treat a UTI.
