7mm cystic lesion in spleen

During a routine checkup, the AST level was found to be 102 (normal is 15-37). After that, they did an ultrasound and discovered a 7mm cystic lesion in my spleen. The family doctor told me that there was nothing to worry about and they just have to repeat the ultrasound after 6 months. Should I see a different doctor ? What speciality of doctor should I see for this ?
