Finding: The right testes measures 4.3 x 1.8 x 2.4 cm and the left testis measures 2.4 x 1.3 x 1.6 cm. There are multiple punctate calcifications seen in both testis, left greater than right, cosistant with microlithiasis. 1.7 x 1.4 x 1.8 cm simple cyst identified in the right epididymis. There are bilateral varicoceles noted.
