I am 14 years post lumpectomy & radiation for stage I right breast cancer(estrogen receptor +. I noticed a raised(squshy feeling) area just above the incision line. Went to surgeon who said maybe a seroma. Did an US which revealed superficial fluid filled sac.Pathologist did a FNA and aspirated 2cc clear amber colored fluid. Could this be a seroma? No trauma or infection that I know of. Area is not painful or red.

Dear vmam01: A seroma is a collection of clear (or occasionally bloody) fluid that is common after surgery. These usually occur within a week or so of surgery. The pathology should determine the nature of the fluid.
