HSV

Please interpret: Serum tested last Thursday (4 days ago with bump like symptoms on genitals) for HSV 1 and 2. Results:
IGG for Type 2 =5.0
IGM (not type specific) more than 160!
I tested negative for HSV Type 2 one year ago October 2006. Had sexual contact 1/19/07 no symptoms at that time. Then more regular contact with a different person from 3/5/07-to date. In August 2007 I had painful symptoms in inside (pain on urination felt like urethritis but when I was tested no bacteria in urine) for first time and again last week (last week actually had bump-blister? like (I think) symptons on outside, pain on urination but the bumps did not become red wounds or scab--confusing to me). I am also experiencing pins and needs in extremities and what feels like peripheral neuropathy for the first time.
Is this HSV 2? If so, approximately how long ago did I contract HSV type 2? Is it more likely January 2007 or August 2007? Or does this sound like herpes zoster? Thanks for your help.
