6 year old step-son

My 6 year old step-son has learning disabilities (not diagnosed or defined yet), has repeated kindergarten and he lives with me and dad 50% of the time. When he comes back to our house he is fine over the weekend but on Mondays when he goes back to school and comes home his behavior is atrocious. His dad is home from when he gets off of school until right before dinner time when he goes to college and usually when dad leaves is when he starts acting up. Each week has gotten progresively worse but only started when he went back to school, he was fine all summer and previously. Yesterday he urinated on himself while cleaning his room (something he NEVER does, he is dry at night to but may have an accident every few months) and when put in the corner asked to go poty (a trick he uses frequently) and before I could answer peed on me and the door and the floor. We've tried punishing him by taking away priveledges, time outs, loss of favorite toys ect and nothing is working. What can I do?

just remeber to be CONSISTENT. Try different methods, beacuse obvioulsy this one isnt working

Is there something about the school or people that he doesn't like?
