severe fofaminal narrowing

slight leftward flexion of neck,plate changes adjacent to C5-6 and c6-7 disc levels,mild hyperrophic degenerative changes at junction of anterior arch of C1 and the dens,Axial images at C3-4 mild bilateral facet arthropathy,C5-6 disc bulging ,ligamentum flavum thickening ,foraminal narrowing is severe on left,small left paracentral disc protrusion , right foramen is severely narrow ,C7-T1 moderate facet arthropathy with ligamentum flavum thickening disc bulging,degenerative disc disease at C5-6and C6-7 ,foramial narrowing at C5-6 at c6-7 and C7-T1. Can this be fixed ?
