Is my heart failing

I am a 32 yr old renal patient I have been on dialysis for eight yrs.
I was starting to have some circulation problems in my right arm my hand was turning blue on and off dialysis so my doctor decided to do a angiogram with a possible angioplasty, it turned out that I have an enlarged aorta I then had a echo and that found that I had a enlarged heart scarred mitral valves(minor) and vascular lesions what does all of this mean and can it be fixed over time?.
