Panic Disorder and neurosurgery/psychosurgery

Hi. I have had panic disorder with agoraphobia for over 6 years and i've been studying it so much since. I was wondering, since psychosurgery or neurosurgery can be done with people with OCD, can't it be done to people like me? I have tried almost every medication thought of and all of the therapy and nothing has worked. I was just curious. I would do the surgery if only I knew that it can be done and there is somewhat of a chance the condition will go away...
