numbness in my fingers

by Geri917, Oct 23, 2007 10:46PM
I was diagnosed with Parkinson's 2 yrs. ago. I have tremors in my left arm & left leg. The difficult part of this is I am left handed.  I've been treating the disease with Requip & elavil.  So far these meds are keeping the tremors to a minimum.  Lately, I have been experiencing numbness in the fingers of my right hand.  Is numbness another symptom of Parkinson's & does this mean it is possibly traveling to my right hand?  I know it's a slow moving disease but wonder if this is a sign of it progressing.
