Vaginal bumps?? Scared..

Hello:
I have been worrying about this for quite some time and I have a dr appt next week but in the meantime I wanted to ask what you thought. I have these little tiny vaginal bumps on my labia majora – like on top of the clitoris (you can really only see them if you stretch the skin and look closely). I have found that a few times in the last year they seem to get inflamed or infected and swell up into more of a pimple. They are only in that area and they almost look uniform if that makes any sense. You cant really pop them but I managed to squeeze some white stuff out of one the other day. I noticed that it smelled pretty bad as well. It wasn’t clear watery fluid- but more like a white substance that wasn’t liquid. The other day when I was shopping I started getting really itchy down there and for the past few days I have been itchy and it was been burning a little bit. It is also really red down there. I also must add that I had a wedding the day before and I shaved my entire public area and also used a ton of soap down there which always seems to irritate the area. Also wore pantyhose which I know is not good when it comes to yeast infections. I don’t get a ton of yeast infections but I do get a few every year and it seems like it almost feels like a mild one. There was some discharge in the beginning (white thick discharge) but now there doesn’t seem to be anything. Do you think this could be herpes or something serious?
