how does a child hump her hands and why please help

annabell is 2 and she humps her ahnds she has always done that since her mom has had sex in front of her her mom gives her med just to sleep all day. her mom plays with her and puts her away like a doll. i have called child services but they dont help.they dont have water are heat.her parnents are to lazy to work are do any thing. we adopted her youngest child and thank god because the oldest is going threw hell. i dont know what else to do.

Is there some way you can adopt this child as well? I'd do whatever I could to get that child out of the home as soon as possible. Gather whatever proof you need and talk to a lawyer. Children will act out what they see. You can't blame the child. The sooner you can get her out, the better. She's still young. There's still hope for her.

hi and thank you...we have tryed to get her but the parnets have give concent we have tryed everything.we adopted april nov 15 2006 but we have her since march 8 3 weeks after she was born.her mom is bad i am not kidding you.we have went to child services and lawyers and no help.some how she gets wind that there coming and it makes me mad.she is only a kid.they wont let us adopted her.we went threw hell trying to adopet april that was night mare.they took her back cause noone wanted to work in that family and we told them we could only take care of us 3 and they got mad.when we got her back she had a real bad rash and she was 6 months old and they had her drinking 2% milk and hole milk and it messed her so bad i had to take her to the er.then to find out she smacked april cause she was crying. she gave her med to just to make her sleep..this is how bad she is.she is married to my brother and he is no better. she also got adc and food stamps for her when they didnt have her at all.makes me mad as hell.i hate people that cant take care of there kids at all.and noone wants to do any thing.

If it's any consolation, masturbation by a two year old is not uncommon, and not likely caused by her mom's outrageous behavior. It's a self-soothing technique, especially for children left to their own devices for long periods of time, such as this poor child. I believe the problem in that household is probably substance abuse...addicted parents. If there are drugs or drinking in the enviroment, you can involve the police. The Child Protective Services in your area should certainly conduct drug testing on them. If you tell CPS you will go to the news media for the help you are not getting from them (and really do it, if necessary!), they may pay a little more attention to your neice's case. If you get between those parents and their drugs, they will likely relinquish custody. Truly tragic situation. Good luck and God bless!
