How high is high for an EBV?

My PCP did some labs recently and my EBC ab VCA igG was 2823. Normal is 0-99. I'm chronically tired although my MD thinks I've had Mono recently, but in reading about s/s of MS, I'm wondering if 2823 is concerning or in the realm of MS?

That seems really high! I really don't know anything at all about the subject, although I think it's an interesting one, and I wish I did. I will bump this back up for you so someone smarter than I can take a look at it for you.
