I am 53 yrs old Asian man and had been diagnosed thru Echocardiogram to be having Mild Physiologic Tricuspid  Regusrgitation and Aortic Sclerosis. I get tired so easily and have leg fatigue most of the time. How serious are these conditions ?

In general, mild, trivial or physiological regurgitation is not a problem.  You may see it show up on some echos, and not on others.  Slight variations are sometimes the result of individual interpretations. Some doctors will follow up with periodic echos to be sure there are not changes.

People with slight regurgitation are not generally symptomatic, but you should follow up with your doctor to be sure.  I know that my doctor is always interested in any changes in symptoms.

Is the aortic sclerosis also physiologic?
