Good morning to you!!! I was wondering if this was feasible. Is it possible to have live chat in private message? It would really help with one on one help. There are so many possibilitys with an addition like this. You can help someone immediately and possibly stop them from using. It is just a basic IM.
You are doing a fantastic job and have made so many improvements. You also get involved when someone has a question or response. It goes to show you are monitering the board and not just painting your nails, lol. j/k.....don't ban me.
