My cat has scabs from head to toe, I can't seem to get them to heal, do you have any suggestions.

It sounds like ringworm. Try getting Lotrimin Cream or any generic athlete's foot cream/medication. affected area. If this doesn't start clearing it up in about a week then he'll need to see a vet.
