Frequent urination driving me crazy!

Been seeing a urologist now for 3 months and still have no answers on what's wrong with me. My first visit I found out that my bladder wasn't fully emptying so I was given medication. The medication worked, but I'm still going all the time. Had a cysto and a potassium test done. Still nothing. Freaking out because I've read things linking frequent urination to MS. I am a young female and scared. Could I have MS?
