2 1/2 month old with a lump in upper thigh

Please Help! My 2 1/2 month old daughter has a little lump in her upper left thigh. It is under the skin and very hard. It is about the size of the tip of my pinky finger. It does not bother her when I touch it, but I am very concerned about it. I have a 9 year old daughter and a 2 year old daughter also and have never experienced this. She did have immunizations 2 weeks ago, but this was new as of yesterday evening. Somebody please help me out with some insight on this issue.. Thank you
