RPR T.pallidum reactive 1:4 dilution

i had chicken pox before 20 days and i went for a medical examination the results showed RPR T.pallidum reactive 1:4 dilution to be positive . i want to know what is this disease and how it occurs

Unfortunately you have tested positive for Syphilis. It's a sexually transmitted disease. Are you in India? It's more common there than it is in the US.

You'll need to get antibiotics for treatment, and you'll want to do it soon as this disease can be quite serious if it's allowed to progress.
