The only sure way is to see an MD that are able to perform (actually I don't know what it's called)- but they will separate the sperm and only implant your egg w/ a y chromosome. I'm sure it costs thousands, but otherwise you'll have to leave it up to destiny.

Unfortunately there's no known way to choose the sex of your baby by natural means. Foods, medications and positions are a myth. Like Liza55 said, a fertility specialist would have to separate the sperm for IVF or IUI. Good luck and may your dreams come true!

The theory is that male sperm swim faster but die earlier and female sperm are slower but live longer.  Therefore if you want a boy you are supposed to bd right when ovulating and not before this.  If you want a girl bd prior to ovulation and not during.
Although I have to say we bd'd right at ovulation(not trying to choose sex but because of the trigger shot I had) and I am having a girl.

What does bd stand for?  Also what do you mean by trigger shot.  I am sorry I am new at this site.

BD stands for baby dance, or intercourse. Mlb134 must be on fertility meds. I believe the trigger shot starts ovulation.
