sixth nerve palsy Help!

I woke Sept. 5th wiht double vison caused by a sixth nerve palsy. competely unexplaned. I have tests ranging from MRI, MRA, EMG, CATSCAN, LP, and blood tests for all stds, lymes, west nile, encypahlitis, lupis, mystethis, and count less others all tests have come back neg. Any sugestions?
