lifeline screenings

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but here is my question.
Are the screening companies such as Life Line Screening any good?
Are they worth the money to get screened for Stroke ,Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm,Peripheral Arterial Disease and Osteoperosis?
It sounds very good but are their methods and machines accepted by physicians as being reliable?
They use a Dopler ultra sound machine for the tests. Are you familiar with that company ,they advertise that they have conducted over 5 million tests since 1993.
Are there others?
Thanks for your time.
