I need help

1-12 weeks ago, I broke it off with my long time girl friend after I found out she had Genital Herpes. She'd had it for 4 years prior to us dating and neglected to tell me because she claimed it was a social stigma.
My first scare was a 2 hour sex session where I fell asleep with a new condom on, containg high amounts of Nonoxycil9. The next morning when I pissed, my urethra burnt like fire, I asked her if she know why my urethra felt like it was on fire, and she played dumb. Luckily the doctors check up I had 2 days later stated the results were negative. Although every now and again I felt pain in my urethra.
A week after this incident she went to Ireland to visit for a month, where she confessed she had herpes in a post card. When she came back we broke up, and unfortunately had a last fling, she gave me a blow job, she used teeth leaving three abrasions just below the head of my penis, and as well, i fingered her, no actual vaginal sex. I'd later finished my own satisfaction off on her with the opposite hand. As i got up to leave, i felt burning on my penis, I was drunk and paranoid so I pored a dark lager/(beer) into a cup and sat my penis in it for a while hoping to disinfect i guess.( I was drunk & paranoid).
Anyway, it tingled for 4 days, on the fifth day, when i bath, i lathered up vigorously with soap and peed in the shower, where i felt burning while urinating 3 times within 10 minutes. My penile head tingled off and on more so for the next day. The day after, as i walked throughout the day, I felt an increasing/decreasing heat in my genital region, which only lessened when i sat down with my legs open.
I went to the free clinic and got tested for everything but genital herpes, (blood taken) and was pronounced clean 3 weeks later. I haven't had sex with anyone since, my penis still tingles off and on with a heated sensation, only now numerous small (1mm) bumps appeared alongside the bottom of my penile shaft. They do not hurt, they're just there. I monitored them over 2 days about to go back to the clinic where I then noticed hair follicles growing from some of the bumps. I popped one with tweezers and no puss, it seemed just like knotted skin?! And my urethra still tingles off and on. It has been 7weeks now, and i'm applying calamine lotion daily, and the bumps seem to be slightly fading, but it might just be me hoping.
Ultimately, doctors claim i'm clean, but I still feel physical discomfort, Has anyone ever heard of this before, do i have genital herpes or warts or what??? Please help!?
