neuro invasive encephalitis

i have a friend who has been diagnoised with west nile neuro invasive encephalitis, in the past month she has went from having no health problems to being paralized, feeding tube, bed fast, can't even talk. I think my friend will not live more than a few days unless something is done. what treatment should she have, who is the best in that field. help help
