Whats wrong with me?

I broke it off with my long time girl friend after I found out she had Genital Herpes. Apparently she'd had it b4 we dated.
From a previous sexual experience,during a 2 hour sex session,I fell asleep with a condom on, containg high amounts of Nonoxycil9. The next morning when I urinated, my urethra burnt like fire,from a check up,the doctors stated the results were negative for herpes and other std's. Although every now and again I felt pain in my urethra.
Four weeks after I had another sexual experience with the same person, recieving a blow job, where the girl used teeth leaving three abrasions just below the head of my penis, and as well, i pleasured her with my hands, no actual vaginal sex. I'd later finished my own satisfaction off on her with the opposite hand that i played with her (>15min sexual experience). Finishing, i got up to leave and i felt burning on my penis (tooth abbrassions), I was drunk and paranoid so I pored a dark lager/(beer) into a cup and sat my penis in it for a while hoping to kill any bacterial/viral transmission i guess.( I was drunk & paranoid).
Anyway, it tingled for 4 days, on the fifth day, when i bath, i lathered up vigorously with soap and peed in the shower, where i felt burning while urinating 3 times within 10 minutes(I think was because of soap I hope). My penile head tingled off and on more so for the next day. The day after, as i walked throughout the day, I felt an increasing/decreasing heat in my genital region, which only lessened when i sat down with my legs open.
I went to the free clinic and got tested for everything but genital herpes, (blood taken) and was pronounced clean 3 weeks later. I haven't had sex with anyone since, my penis still tingles off and on with a heated sensation, only now numerous small (1mm) bumps appeared along the ventral of my peniis shaft. They do not hurt, they're just there. I monitored them over 2 days about to go back to the clinic where I then noticed hair follicles growing from some of the bumps. I popped one with tweezers and no puss,or at least it was too small too notice, it seemed just like knotted skin(imagine a raw turkey papilated skin)?! And my urethra still tingles off and on. It has been 7weeks now, and bumps are still there , no ulcerations.the bumps started at base of shaft, more numerous bumps began towards middle of shaft,and now a few under head of shft all on dorsal side of penis.
Ultimately, doctors said i'm clean, but I still feel physical discomfort in urethra, especially when around a girl im interested ind i feel painful tingles in urethra. Has anyone ever heard of this before, do i have genital herpes or warts or some other std??? Please help!?

you should know its extremely dangerous to put your penis in a mug of beer- due to the fact that you could get your *** kicked for wasting beer ! (its not strong enough to kill anything).there are natural causes for burning in the urethra you should check out like dehydration and exposer to beer .Alot of this could be in your head although you could have irritation and clogged pores from sweat you might want to shave the area .
