Of course this is all after the fact for me! I had an ectopic (and an operation 3 weeks agao) for which I had very similar symptoms - a slight pain in my lower left abdomen: a bit like a pulled muscle and a bad shoulder, which I dismissed because I often have shoulder and neck pain - this was hardly enough reason to contact the doc but I'd had what I thought was a misscarriage 2 weeks earlier and it was just enough to worry my boyfriend into nagging me into calling. However I was scanned 3 times and nothing showed up. I was 8 weeks pregnant at that point. A blood test came up positive 3 days later and a 2 hour operation laparotomy (they tried to do it via key-hole but couldn't) removed the tube which was about to burst. Now I know more about it I understand that it is not unusual to have no symptoms at all. So please get it checked out if you are at all worried. That's what the medical profession are there for!
Did they schedule you for another ultrasound to see if you are maybe not as far along as you think?
