I need answers

I have beet red ras looking thing on both my shins in same exact spot but this is not a rash. Whatever i is it has started from inside and shows on outside. This has happened one other time and was cause by possibly excessive stress or excessive walking. It seems my body is falling apart sadly. I am 32 and already have degenritive disk diesease.

I supposedly had degenerative disk disease too, but a couple MRIs and x-rays later say I do not. Have you seen an MD yet? Kinda sounds vascular?? Take care
