pulmonary hypertension

what dose sob borderline pasbp mean i been told that i have pulmonary hyprtension and i am always short of breath when i walk any where what would the work up be for pulmonary hypertention.why wold they order a sleep study test and a vq scan and i been told that my right atrium was enlarged and my right ventricle was enlarged and been having chest pain that the ER said it was do to my pulmonary hypertension i have been referred to cardiology at ucsd medical center.past medical history is kidney failure congestive heart failure liver failure lung failure afater a tonsillectomy and the next night i went into septicsock.
