tired of UTI attacks

I was diagnose after a sonogran  and cystoscope of having a very small urethra and a w ably bladder that do not empty properly and retains urine;  i respond to antibiotics  the  symptoms go away but  the infection stay, the antibiotics cause severe gastric problems vomiting and diarrea,   my UTIs do not stop,  fraquent urination, severe burning  pain, I am 70 year experience  woman with a lots  of  desire to go but  i stuck in my house.......What should  I do?  My diet includes  all kind of vegetables. cramberry juice, vitamine  c, cramberry tablets.  Is there any other prosedure to test my urinary system, is there other meds......thank for your help

I'd get a second opinion to see if a bladder suspension or other procedure could help.
