It is possible to have some kinds of tubal ligations reversed, but the kind you are talking about is probably the most difficult to reverse successfully.  A lot rides on your age, too, as some doctors won't bother if you are past a certain point as you would less likely be successful even if your tubes were reconnected.  But there is no harm in meeting with a doctor to talk about it.
