Your total immunity system goes down - you will have problems.
But - you can handle them.
Make sure you and your doctor have contingency plans - make sure he/she is willing to treat you for side effects... As soon as they happen.
The TX can be bad for some --- but be aware some folks don't have any problems and you could be one of them.
Pay attention to your blood sugar --- pay attention to your body --- and stay on top of things.
Good luck - and welcome to the forums!

The weird thing is, I haven't had one sinus infection for the past 11 months, since starting TX. I also have cut way back on allergy injections, from once or twice a month to once every 6 weeks to 2 months coz I don't get allergy SX anymore.
I did have a couple of whopper ear infections during the first couple of months but I'm prone to them as I took out half my ear drum a decade or so ago and I was using ear plugs coz I couldn't sleep.
I now wonder if the sinus/allergy stuff wasn't a result of the hep-C?
Who knows.
But this is the first time in several decades I haven't had to be on regular antibiotics for sinus infections.

Gezzz that was a great movie, an all star cast the only thing different between now and then is today it’s called pay for click, the more clicks the more pay you receive, interesting concept.
