Frenulum pain

For about 2 weeks now I have noticed the frenulum is painful after intercourse - on closer inspection i discovered what seems to be a small white spot in the middle of it on the top. Its sore and painful when aggrevated. It does not seem to be getting any bigger or smaller...
I am at a loss - it is not improving

A small white spot doesn't sound too problematic but it sucks that it's getting painful. I'd get it checked out by a doctor if it doesn't get better.
