Implant Bleed?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 2 months now. For the past few days my breasts have been really sore. Yesterday, I started to lightly bleed. It was bright red and I really only noticed it after I went to the bathroom and wiped. I put on a pantyliner to be safe, but I did not even go through that. I ovulated on the 20th and it is now the 28th. I am wondering if this is possibly an implant bleed? Should I take a pregnancy test even though my period is not due to start until the 2nd? If anyone has had the same or similar experiences, please let me know. Thanks!

The majority of women do not have implantation bleeding, but with that said, now would be the time for implantation if you did in deed get pregnant on the 20th. It's still too early to test in my opinion. I would wait until AF is due.

We we are on the same schedule. My DH (dear husband) and I have been trying since May, but really been trying for the past 2 months. I know I ovulated on the 20th of October. I am due to have af on the 3rd...I have a 37 day cycle. I have done so much research on implantation bleeding. Even though it is not "common" I have read many success stories that started with bleeding. I problem is that I have had very little spotting sometimes only once a day, but I have had it since 5 dpo up until today 12 dpo...? The spotting combined could not fill up one panty liner...I have taken 2 pregnancy test, yesterday and today and they were both negative. I am planning to test on Saturday if I do not get af. This is so hard, considering it took us ONE month with my son. Please keep me informed!!! I will do the same...I was feeling alone until I read your post....
