hi, i am at my wits end, i was put on propranalol a few years ago now they have not worked, i get anxiety every day of my life , i feel that i am going to be dizzy keep doing my checks to see if i am dizzy wont dare go many places on my own, sweating dont want to go anywhere make many excuses, feel i have noone to talk to at all and have thought about suicide, when i confided in someone they just took the mickey so i say nothin help me please

YOu must consult a psychiatrist. There are many good medications to handle your anxiety, and your social fears. Thinking about suicide means you don't believe you can be relieved, but know that you can, and do see a professional right away.

ime 20  and ive had  pannick attacks for bout a year now i hate em they are the mst nasty things in the world and now ime goin through a nasty time  i used two be a happy out goin person i use two go out alot  but everysince ive had theys i just sit and cry my mates take the micky aswell. i hardly can go out anywheir no mor cause i allways feel weak n tierd allways feel like in diein. when i tell ppl they just say ur be ok but no1 understands how mutch its gettin me down  i feel light headed  dizzy and weak and tierd all the time  and when i get a flu bug i think ime gettin worser and it makes me bit badder everytime i just feel like everythin is a dream in my life  how old are u?

Hang in there. Time will take care fo this. Try to be positive. Try and get some exercise. I know you are very depressed over this as well. You can get help and you will be ok. I have had panic attacks on and off for thirty years with Agoraphobia and you can and will get through this. I know its scary right now but things will get better even if you do nothing...Try and find someone who will understand and help you. Call around psychologists offices and see if you can find someone who will come to the house. They do have MD at home services in sveral places.
