Hi John,

Is there a reason for the damage? There are some medications that reduce the excitability of nerves in your cerebellum. I have cerebellar damage due to tumor and surgery. I am on anti-convulsants and this reduces the tremors I have. I'm on Topamax. For tremors, Tegretol helped a great deal, Neurontin, and a bunch more, if you would like names let me know.

This type of medicine can take up to 8 weeks to start working, before you start noticing anything. There can be add ons to current medicines also. I know it's hard just try to be patient.
