Hi There,
Anna said it best. But ultimately one lab value in the absence of information is hard to interpret. You should sit down with your doctor and go over the whole story:

why was this test obtained?
what cancer risk factors do you have?
what xrays have been done
what is your past gyn history? endometriosis? fibroids? infertility?
what is your age, menstrual history?

take care

Its very difficult to offer an explanation as to what the result means in the absence of any additional information. For example the value together with the findings from an ultrasound scan. Also whether you are pre/post menapausal will hold different implications for the results - it is a far more useful tool for post menapausal woman. A CA125 can be elevated in a number of benign conditions and although you are more than slightly elevated - over 65 - it is not necessarily a high figure, some woman who have Ovarian Cancer have a CA125 in the thousands. Endo would certainly be expected to produce a value of this sort and if that it was your doctor was looking for - or has evidence of - this would be a good indicator. Hope this helps till you get a more articulate answer from Dr Goodman.
