pain in penis and discharge

I have recently had an incounter where i had sex with someone and had burning sensation which i could feel inside my urethra. Some days later I started to have a slight burning as i urinated and discharges before hand! As well as a pain in my penis if i squeezed it or when i got an erection. The opening in my penis was very senseitive as well, as if it where chaffed. But now the discharge is still apprent, the slight burning is there when i urinate, and i diffently have the pain in my penis when erect or if i squeeze it....WHATS WRONG??

urinary tract infection, U must check for chlamydia, ghonorrea. depending on how recent your exposure was, if it was 7 days and under u have ghonorrea, if it was about 2 weeks ago then its chlamydia.
