Ejaculation issue

I am 60. I have been on Avodart (dutasteride) for two years now after BPH diagnosis (PSA 3.5). When I orgasm, I only dribble semen. Recently, I have began pushing behind and under scrotum during orgasm and when I do this I shoot copious amounts of semen.
What is causing this? My recent PSA was 2.4 and Dr said prostate growth is being stopped by Avodart. Shouldn't I be able to ejaculate forcefully... or is this one of the recognized side effects of Avodart?
Avodart has helped greatly with frequent night urination. I'm down to one trip per night normally. Thanks for any comment.

As the prostate shrinks it should improve. Ask your doc.
