Boils

I'm 24 years old and 19 weeks pregnant. About a month ago I started devoloping boils/cyst, mostly on my butt. The were so huge and [ainful. I went to the E.R. The ran allknids of test, incluing hiv and blood test for staph infections,but found nothing wrong so the kept my for four days oput me on antibiotcs,lanced them and sent me home. Now I noticed I started to come back and I've even seen a couile on my back and thighs, I disinfected eveything and in house and I kcan't seem to figure out what these are where they are coming from. Any ideas? Also I seen a derm on thurday who lanced another one and sent me home with more antibiotics. Since then I've felt to under my armpit and one in the groin area. These things hurt like he#$, my ob-gyn suggest I see a surgeon, but I'm not just interested in getting them lance, I want to know what's causing them.

Did they simply lance them? no follow up care? What about several times daily celaning of the wouds? by a nurse? You cna't do them if they are in those locations.
