Ovarian Cyst

About a month ago, I had a pelvic ultrasound to try and determine why I've not had a cycle since July and to pinpoint the reason for some lower extremity pain I've been having.
The results showed a 2.6cm minimally complex right ovarian cyst as well as extremely heterogeneous echotexture of the uterus.
Obviously I read too much but still haven't received a clear explanation other than we'll do a repeat u/s at the end of November. What does this mean?
