chronic yeast infections

My doctor has me on Prometrium to prevent the uterine wall from building up for the past 3 years. Lately I have been experiencing chronic yeast infections and dry mouth. Do you feel that this could be caused by the extended use of Prometrium? Please advise. Thank you!
