do i need to worry?

Dear Doctor,
I am a 26 year old female who is a normal weight and a family history of gout, asthma, kidney failure, heart problem, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, stroke and maybe even more. At the age of only twentyone I had surgery for a large ovarian cyst and at twentyfive double walking pneumonia. Lately I've notice that I've been having really bad chest pain, so bad it becomes painful but am not sure if it's only heartburn, follow by weight gain, back pain and fatigue. Along with these new problems I've suffered for about two years of swollen legs/feet. It has become so bad that I refused to wear dresses or boots to work. And at the age of twelve I noticed that my arms will go completely numb maybe once or twice a month. My friends from work had told me it might just be a pinched nerve but I'm not sure. Can you maybe just tell me if this is something serious or nothing I shouldn't worry about.
