Bilobate Mass

Hello there,

What exactly is a bilobate mass? On my left ovary they say the larger component is 6 cm and thin walled, while the other smaller component is thick walled, what are the changes that both of these will be benign or malignant?

Hi There,
You should ask your doctor to show you the pictures. It just means that there are two cysts next to each other. It is a description and does not tell you the diagnosis. That would require surgery to remove it.
