Confused

by jessica1974, Oct 29, 2007 02:03PM
My stepson has NF and he has a very hard time with things that seem of the simplest to do: reading, writing, tying shoes. He is in the 7th grade and takes some special ed classes in school. He has no ambition to try to learn. How much of this is the condition and how much of this is just being lazy. Will he grow up to lead a normal life or will he always be struggling to get by? I hope I am not offending anyone I am just trying to find out more info on this type of condition.
