Did I have a miscarriage?

I had all the signs of pregnancy for the past 2 1/2 weeks, however it was too soon to do a pregnancy test. I have a 2 year old and the exact signs happened when I was pregnant with her. I'm still getting sick in the mornings and mid afternoons and late at night and still feeling bad, and my boobs are sore. However last Friday I started bleeding, worse than a normal period. Now, my period isn't due until next Tuesday, which means that I would be almost 2 weeks early. I am cramping and hurting in my abdomen more than I ever have before and some tissue looking substance has come out since I've been bleeding. Is this a possible miscarriage?

It could be. Are you able to see a doctor? If not, go to the nearest ER and have them check you out. If you did miscarry, they will need to make sure that all of it was expelled from your uterus.

On the other hand, some people do bleed during pregnancy. But I would definitely go to the doctor. As soon as possible. There are countless things that could be going on here.

That is what happened to me my first pg. I did not know I was pregnant. My boobs were really sore, but other than that, nothing... I started bleeding really bad a week before my period, and my period pain was terrible. I decided to go to the doctor a few days later to make sure it was not my birth control pills that I had stopped taking that week. He did an exam and said that it was very likely that I was pg and had a miscarriage from the way my uterus was.  I had gotten pg on the pill, too. I think I took one pill in the night instead of the morning, so that is the only thing I could think of that would have gotten me pg. He also examined the tissue and things, and said that that is most likely what happened. Since then, I have had 3 more miscarriages, and one healthy pregnancy. I hope it turns out to be okay, but I would make an appointment ASAP!
