HElP weird Bumps appearing

Hello im 21 yrs old and recently shaved and found bumps on the lip of my vagina I got worried and looked it up thinking it was genital warts or razor burn but if it were razor burn i would not be the color orf my skin right?.Now the thing is I am not sexually active 3 yrs ago I had sex twice and recieved oral as well since then i never had neither one. the person that I did have sex with did not have warts and we did use a condom both times. I am aware that some people carry the disease without knowing and having sex with another person can trigger it. I looked up gentital warts and they discribe it to be like a cauliflower and buntched all over and it also stated that women would discharge more often and from time to time bleed but it has nothing to do with a womans menstural cycle. I on the other hand have two tiny wart like skin bumps on the top but there pointy looking and on the lip area has small bumps. Please help ASAP
