Migranes or pressure on the brain

Hi my name is jessica and i have recently been diagnosed with a Cyst in my brain. According to the neurosurgon I spoke with this cyst is the size of a large egg and is located in the back of my brain on the right side. He also said that because of the location he wouldnt remove it because it is under an inch of healthy brain matter. I have had neumorous CTs and MRIs and i have not gotten any answers on the situation. I have had a massive migrane everyday for the last month and a half and have been into the ER 8 times in the last 4 weeks. I have even noticed that the left side of my body twitches and pulses and constantly feels like i have to move. I have also been to the optimologist and my vision has decresed considerably in the last 6 months. I now have no periferal vision, double vision and blurred vision. My doctors dont seem to want to listen to me that there is something seriously wrong going on they just keep telling me to take more and more pills. They seem to think that these issues are caused by depression and not the cyst in my brain. Im very discouraged with what the doctors are doing for me. Im at a loss of what to do but i do know that something really needs to be done. What should i do to make these doctors listen?
