I meant to add I am a 40 year old female that up until the last two years ran 9 minute miles four miles 4 days a week and did consistant weight training most of her life. Since chronic fatigue and lymes disease no work outs and 15 lb weight gain. In other words avid outdoors woman healthy and active. I hope someone can help me get back on the right path. Thanks Shui
