ovarian cancer cureable?

by hasansadiq, Oct 31, 2007 01:44PM
This is with reference to my earlier post on this forum with the similar title. This is the latest about my mom. She went through chemo again 2 weeks back and the latest report which we got today shows the count has doubled now. Its about 669 units now.. The doctor asked to go for PET scan. We are unable to understand as to why the count   isn't decreasing even after regular change in the chemo therapy...   pls advise....

Hi there.  Sorry, I cannot answer your question but I wanted to suggest that you post on the ovarian cancer forum.  There are many, many women there who will be able to offer you some answers.
